I hate to point this out, but I will: if they had LEFT when they were ORDERED to 1( they wouldn't be in the situation they are in and 2( valuable resources wouldn't be being wasted trying to get them out of town NOW.

No, that's her brother. Her father was the mayor of New Orleans back in the 1970s I believe, and the Landrieus have built quite a cottage industry of liberal political hacks who suddenly talk conservative around election time.
