Doesn't this directly conflict with the information in the SOS by the mayor of New Orleans who is releasing everybody to walk to safety and refuge?

Blanco says no shooting in the dome. People were screened for guns before they went in. People in the dome are calm and hopeful now.

Doesn't this directly conflict with the information in the SOS by the mayor of New Orleans who is releasing everybody to walk to safety and refuge? I don't know. Haven't heard I do know that the National Guard is in charge of the dome.
