Outrageous. Shooting at those people in boats trying to help save lives!! I'm stunned. Sadly, I'm not surprised by it. This gunfire is from guys who've got themselves some "turf" now, and are trying to keep people out of it. We've got a stereotypical 3rd-world element in NO right now.
