Wasn't my problem. Was speaking up for someone else's problem.
Evidently the settings features take care of it.
Sorry to have bothered. I like long titles and heading briefs. Maybe some dialup's don't. I don't really understand their problem very thoroughly. Just tried to get it addressed.
