I wonder (if they were not at the Superdome)how they heard about the transfer to the Astrodome? (considering there's no electricity, etc.)

Battery powered radio? That's how I got Info after Hugo-No local stations were on but a station from Florida I think, was dedicating it's programming to us in S.C. and without local stations on it was easy to hear them.
