My God. Some people are just sick. Here I am suckered in by this guy, and he probably took this thing at gun point and got stoned on the way. Well, it did appear there were children in tow as well, so hopefully they can be saved.

I think all major US cities have lots of these types now living in them. I can see the same thing happening in Chicago, Detroit, L.A., etc.
Our cities have sunk low, very low. More and more people moving to small towns for good reason.
