I read that it was tracked to go west of 90 and it never got west of 89.6.

A couple of the forecat tracks went along 90 West, but not west of it.

You do have a grasp of how incredibly accurate the forecast tracks were, don't you? the difference between the forecast tracks and actual is beyond microscopic.
