When they interview the survivors and ask them why they stayed at some point the phrase, "I didn't think that..." comes out of their mouth. They need to terminate that sentence with simply "I didn't think."
Orleans Parish has the worst public education system in the nation. That is an assertion not hyperbole.
Damn straight.
And not a one of them say "I didn't know the storm was coming."
