I certainly may be wrong on this. I was just waiting for him to rally the folks. He can be very good at that.
But, as one poster wisely said though, it was a speech to lay out the facts, and he did that quite well. I guess the rallying can wait.
In Sept. 2001 he rallied a nation against an enemy.
Do you need the President to rally you to pick up your pen and write a check? Aren't the news reports enough for you?
