I'm afraid that is what is going to happen; the ACLU will be there to tell them what their rights of "movement" are.
Well, the ACLU had better think about that long and hard. After all, with that many people leaving LA the state could well turn red, and that few people added to Texas won't amount to a bump on a bull's backside. I would say that the DNC has to figure out a way to get those folks back before they lose yet another state.
