Regular citizens are NOT empowered to begin an impeachment is any president. Not only that, but it is a very serious undertaking, which can never be used for blackmail, nor because a president hasn't done what you want him to do about something. And no, immigration policies ( whether it's amnesty, or concerning ILLEGALS comoing into this nation ), do not constitute reasons for calling for impeachment, no matter what you or Pat or Joe or anyone else on this thread or Cindy Sheehan says.

To date, one and only ONE, elected president has been impeached, in the entire history of this nation and the Senate refused to kick him out. Had they done so, we would now have "President algore".
