I didn't think that short duration of submersion would allow the caskets to float out of the ground. In this case, this should be about example of MS given in this thread.

In Texas when new lakes are built, old cemetaries are moved but for multiple reasons.

The flooded areas of MS may also be near sea level so the burial could be above ground there as well.
