No excuses. This governor is not much help apparently. Those children need to be put on the priority list of being moved.
The would be looters need to be jailed in neighboring jails, somewhere, and the whole situation needs to be controlled as best as can be.
Yep, get the elderly, inform, children and pregnant women out first.
Put the prisoners, looters, drugs addicts, contagious people with AIDS, etc. in the leaking superdome, and let them wait it out. Not so sure I would even waste guards on them....
