'Looters' (PC term for rioters, robbers, murderers) are subhuman sewer dwellers. They maneuver like rats.
I don't understand that either. Unless the looters homes were very close to the places they're looting.
Why can't cops and NC get there? Ever heard of a BOAT or jetski??
