They didn't have video.

To be fair, tho', it wasn't so bad at first -- but then the water starteed coming over/through the levees.

You're exactly right. These dorks kept saying "avoided the big one". Or "It could have been worse..." Much BS from the media. I'm sure they'll never admit they made these commentaries.

That happened with Andrew, too. They didn't find Homestead had been destroyed until the second day aerial reconnaisance.
