Well, then, point out where on Earth there is a place that is immune to any concievable natural disaster, and everyone can move there and call it Safe-T-topia.

Well that is very true BUT people who build houses on the side of mountains or vacation homes on barrier islands or right on the ocean front in hurricane regions etc are pushing the envelope
