We need to search the archives! After Hurricane Ivan missed NO last year, Nagin and other city official were smiling and making comments how smart they were on not calling mandatory evacuations. One St. Bernard parish official did call for mandatory evacuations for his parish and people were making fun of him. They were lucky last year.....their luck just ran out.
