My suggestion was not a ground inspection. I agree it's too early. My suggestion was to do a preliminary inspection by helicopter. I'm glad he'll be there soon.
Our President HAS done a flyover already, some time ago. He has also worked with agencies to put executive orders in place, release oil, and all sorts of things like that, all of which take time, meetings, judges you name it. He will speak soon. PLEASE stop expecting him to be God!
