I agree with that. the problem is, is a thin line between looters making the transition to violence.

IMO everyone of them who are looting (unless for necessities) and doing the violence should be harshly punished. All that energy and ability to get around, they should be putting into helping their neighbors and their fellow citizens. Think of all the good they could have done instead! Despicable!! and Shameful!!
