Food for the Hungry , is a good solid Christian relief organization with VERY LOW Administration cost. Approx 93% of contributions go to actual relief.

As you can see from the link, they are already addressing needs in the area.

They have been doing disaster relief internationally for many years and have their act together. As you can see, they will be working with local churches to get relief to the people. Recommend you add to the list, as they are very efficient getting help to where most needed.

Hopefully the Salvation Army is still doing a great job because I just contributed to them, but I will bookmark this for my next donation.
