There is going to come a point where there will be a mass exodus. I can't imagine why it hasn't happened already.

Imagine FEMA is setting up some kind of tent city, with bathroom...Wants it partly finished BEFORE moving all those people there.....ALSO the folks there are a lot safer than the ones on roofs or in attics....The picking up the most perilous first, getting them to safer/higher ground (the dome), then they'll move them to more permanent housing.
