obviously I'm way back yonder on this thread, but this bears repeating. Anti-freeze from all those cars (not to mention other chemicals) will burn you. Some of these people will wonder how they got burned when the blisters start.
I'm listening to the local news using the links at the top of this post ... it's a lot more informative than the network stuff. Their point about the water is the raw sewage in it means ANY cut will get infected. And chances are good you will get a cut as you can't see what you are stepping on. Once you get infected, what are you going to do? where are you going to go? That's their point.
