Does anyone know where Orleans Parish Prison is locasted?
It'a about a mile NW of the superdome. The "good" news is that the water there is probably about 8 feet deep. The crimbos had better know how to swim.
Typed in Orleans Parish Prison on Google map search but couldn't get it to link to this page....Looks like it close to where the water was pouring over the levi at the bridge.....I'd want out of there too.
Broad St. and Tulane, I think...
