Yes. It was the Parish president of Plaquemines or something talking about the levy there on WWL.

Lot's of rain from Katrina is draining to the ocean via the Miss. R.

The river levees are built much better and to withstand a 600 year storm while the lake levees are built to withstand a 100 or 200 year storm..
