Are you absolutely sure it is a Mississippi levee and not the existing breach on the Lake?

I was just replying to another freeper who said she heard that. We have have worried about this all day and if the knuckleheads down there were in denial that Titanic was sinking.

So there IS a river breach, but down stream from NO.
