i saw the video earlier of 1000+ prisoners being guarded by less than 10 guys with shotguns.....prayers for NO law enforcement

A deputy's family being held hostage.... between looters and rioting prisoners, the Mayor and/or Governor needs to put the hammer down NOW.... make it clear that it is "take no prisoners" with criminals taking advantage of one of the most extreme emergencies in US history.

TO THE PRISONERS: message must be, release all hostages unharmed, and BEHAVE, or none of you will be alive in the morning....
