Female newscaster on WDSU (New Orleans) streaming online from Jackson, MS is expressing her frustration at the national media, which are saying that "New Orleans could have had it worse, etc. etc.," and she said that the current conditions there ARE the worst they have seen.

she said that the current conditions there ARE the worst they have seen. I believe it was 1000 times worse than they imagined would happen. I would have to agree. Again. From what I saw last night CNN's coverage was superior, they did not downplay the fact that NO is an unmitigated disaster area.
