Meanwhile, WDSU just reported that "looting is out of control" and people were observed swimming in neck-high water with bags of looted stuff. *sigh* Swimming in water contaminated with sewage and carcasses isn't exactly the brightest idea. If these folks are looting necessities, I feel terribly sorry for them. If they're looting other stuff, they may get their comeuppance quicker than they imagine.
