Oh, crap. There's no plan to get my ass out of PHILADEPHIA if something bad happens! Why worry about it for a 72-hour vacation?

Besides, I am blessed with common sense -- I'd rely on my OWNSELF to get the Hell our of Dodge, before relying on a FEMA jackass or government wonk.
