Plus closure of the Port of New Orleans for the forseeable future. It might have to be rebuilt in a wholly new location, along with most or all of the city (call it New New Orleans).
I'm wondering if -- by the time this is all over -- they will let the river and Ponchartrain take their natural course and rebuild in another location... you can only hold back the natural course of nature for so long before she takes control.
