I sure hope that are talking about post or voluntary evacuation only. If not then it kind of reminds of another time when people were moved out on trains.
A bit oversensitive, aren't you? I'm talking about trying to evacuate tens of thousands of people out of striken cities with the least amount of effort. Nothing more than that.
