The casinos themselves are on barges aren't they?
It varies from state to state, but many casinos (esp. Louisiana) are on bodies of water so they will probably float but would probably be ripped from their moorings by the heavy winds.
I imagine a hurricane would be necessary to get some of those old bitties to stop playing the slots long enough to seek shelter.
