What about all the rain which will fall in the Ohio Valley and empty into the Mississippi again?

The system is moving quickly enough to where it won't dump extreme amounts of rain over a large area.

I don't think the Mississippi is going to be a problem. Lake Ponchatrain is flooding the city all by itself.

DB, on CNN the host just said that the mandatory evacuation was ordered Saturday morning...........wasn't it Sunday?
