By definition, a wall is a BARRIER. And it was ANTI-useful to U.S. national security. While protective of the "liberties" of our foreign enemies who merely happened to already be on our shores.

I think you missed my point - which was:

Yes - obviously - regardless of which she did, it hurts us. But we improve our chances of getting others to hear our complaint if it is accurate.
