Our complaint must be accurate. If what she did was shutdown a door in the wall, or change the affect of a door, or make a wall higher, then that's what we must point out.

Yes - obviously - regardless of which she did, it hurts us. But we improve our chances of getting others to hear our complaint if it is accurate.
