This announcing a week before he is going to name names is just stupid. No matter what games he thinks he is playing or what rationalizations can be thrown out, it makes him look kooky and undermines his credibility.
Maybe he is concerned for his safety?

The "Smear Weldon" crowd have apparently gotten their new talking points. Comparing him to Joe McCarthy. Calling him kooky. They're really afraid of people finding out the truth about what happened.
