Radio reporting that folks are wanting to get out of the Dome. Real bad. Host was talking to a police who used the word "riot."

My take - not riot breaking out, but folks in the Dome are done with that - but there is two feet of water, and the authorities cannot turn the refugees loose, yet.

My take yesterday was that there would be a riot-or-something-like-it in that place. Too many people under too much pressure.
