If you count his time as Governor of Texas....and I won't lie to you - I voted for him as President after seeing his actions as Governor, knowing full well that illegal immigration would be blown off. Of course at the time, I didn't see 9/11 happening..

Very good point, someone who does not take responsibility is by definition irresponsible. Harry Truman said "the buck stops here," with Bubba and Dubya its "the buck never got here, what buck, never saw the buck?"
