It is not fair for Pat to blame Bush for the WHOLE problem, but I don't think that is what he is doing here. He is (rightly) blaming the POTUS not for doing nothing, but ofr encouraging more illegals to come here for his (Bush's) business interests ie: supporters.

It's not just profits. Illegals are being used to mask the devaulation of the dollar by free spending/borrowing/printing politicians. Stopping illegals means exposing the true value of the dollar on their watch which would slow down their gravy train. Both parties are guilty.
