This is not the first time in the last fifteen years that Pat or anyone else has raised the Illegal immigration issue as the Issue of our time. In fact it is the only Issue that "Pat" gets any attention for. He melted down in Arizona when he ran for the White House against George Bush Senior talking about kicking Jose back across the border. In fact Pat and many so called reactionary conservatives are going to do more harm than good by being bombastic and Racist about illegal immigration(yes I said the big R word thats what his upper class white ass really is a Racist, not withstanding his opportunistic token vice Pres candidate, last run a round Felony, falooney whatever her name is.). Lets face it Pat dont like the Brown folks much. Why should he, he has never had a real job, grew up upper middle class and talks out of both sides of his neck, acts like he some tough insightful Irish guy.

1. Do something smart and penalize (shut down their business and throw the owners in jail) the company's that are hiring illegal immigrants.
2. Speak in non Tancredo, Michael Savage, Boarder Patriot type speak and talk about illegal immigration in a way that does not sound like we are all a bunch of scared white folks afraid of "those Mexicans" taking our jobs.
3. Use the intellectual gifts that most conservatives are blessed with to make the message clear that it is really about the Law and American culture and not about the fear of the Little Brown People.
4. The Republican electorate is not going to rise up on this issue. For years we have taking a pounding from them Dem's that call all Republicans a bunch of fat, rich, racist white guys. The moment you let Pat and Savage start speaking for the rest of us we will have become what the Libs accuse us of. 5. When Pat starts suggesting impeachment then it is time to throw him and any other Lurker in the conservative movement down to the curb and Urinate on them.
