Toronto Cops Ticked-off by Controversial T-shirts
Aug, 26 2005 - 9:00 AM
TORONTO/640TORONTO - Some T-shirts being worn by young people in Toronto are irritating Toronto cops. The shirts have a picture of a gun, with the captioon, "Rule 1: Be Armed.''
The shirts aren't illegal, just in bad taste.
Sgt. Rob Hargan says kids wearing them will be "hassled.''
But 640 Toronto crime expert and host of The Beat Craig Bromell says that's about all police can do because there's nothing illegal about them.
There are suggestions that two of the shirts have been seized.
Having failed to make a dent in crime by eliminating guns, the marshmellow heads now thing that they need to ban PICTURES of guns.
Just for your FYI Craig Bromell used to be the head of the Toronto Police Union and lets just say he was not a class act. He is definitely of the fascist "bend down to your state appointed overload" school of policing.
Political correctness is like a cancer... Whenever i buy ammo or camo from a large store i get dirty looks from some people who you could pick out of a crowd and say they are libs.. I just smile at them and glance at my box of shells
I guess the cops in Cana-dumb are really Nazi-light
