Hi Oz. A friend has been sending many packages to troops in Iraq. Word has come back that they are elated when they receive her packages. One of the troops is from Australia and she would like to send something special that will be like a touch of home to that soldier. Can you suggest something? Any type of candy or cookies or a food that will keep and travel well to Iraq? Suggestions welcome from anyone else too. Thanks !!

g'day 4integrity! That is great about the packages to the troops. I am trying to think of something that the Aussie soldier may like - I guess Vegemite is the generic Australian food. I think any kind of cookies or candy would be welcome. We have an Australian candy called Minties - which are chewy peppermint candy. Let me know if you would like me to send some candy from Australia that your friend can forward on. I'd be happy to help out!
