They are telling people to be on the third floor or higher. They seem to have a lot of faith in the foundations of those buildings with the forecast storm surge.

Along the river where I live some people open all doors and windows on floors reached by the flood so as to equalize pressures and keep them from beng staved-in.

Frustrating that 20% are riding this out over a mandatory evac called yesterday at 9:00 A.M. "All we can do is pray for those who chose to stay."
