Superdome specs say it can withstand 200 mph winds. Of course, what the specs say and what could happen in the real world may be totally different.

The building is built of reinforced concrete. It'll last. So will the people, provided they stay in the stands. It'll be one hell of a bumpy ride, but they'll survive.
