Here's a tip - get spray bottles and fill with water. Spray on skin and the evaporation will cool you down. Also a wet towel around the neck can provide some relief.
A congressional act was not required to make W04Man a gentleman. W04Man had bypass sugery earlier this year and has been unable to be in the streets with DC Chapter. This is probably slowing his recovery. It's wonderful that he could participate in your event.
