It was clearly taken out of context...and hs still shouldn't have said what he did say. though frankly, i think Chavez should have had to apologize to our State Department first.
Oh no far from it it was in context, he meant what he originally said (before he lied about what he said and then apologized for what he originaly said).
Not that getting rid of crazy Chavez is a bad thing. Should have just stuck to his guns, now he just looks like a loon.
