Thanks but I am depressed about this. I did have hopes that to vote Republican in CA would bring about some solutions. Instead, it seems to be that my vote of confidence has been found insulting. As I wrote earlier, the Demos are a lost cause and I'd never consider voting for them again, but at least I get responses from even Feinstein and Boxer, believe it or not, that understand my complaints. Last I heard from Cox was very, very ridiculous.
We need real leadership and real conservatives, and we need it real soon.
And, I also think that what happens in CA is very important to naitional politics (d'oh) even now more than ever. The state's like a bank for the DNC and otherwise Control Central for their Media.
The educational system here alone churns out little liberals like nowhere else and just look at what it costs to make the Hollywood films spawning more of their dogma: all those millions each (huge, just huge amounts of money even to make a ruinous title) and yet, consider where ALL THAT MONEY comes from and so reliably.
The state needs an overhaul because both parties here are routinely disappointing. But the state continues to be so important to national politics due to the sheer size of the place as to population. Not a good thing, considering.
During and after our historical recall election, I was pumped. Watching Grey Davis get thrown out on his head in front of the state capital was great. I was waiting for the momentum to build with Schwarzenegger but it seemed to cave. I think he's too closely tied with the two big box party's.
We need real change. We need a departure from the BS, real bad.
