Hey howlin, so we're back to this thread since apparently I can't "carry" an argument to another. This is where your original attacks on me started, so I'll make my point here. You lectured me on this thread here:

The "thinking" expressed by Utopia is that -- at least on THIS site -- we don't openly call for ANYONE's death.

If you feel like you need to say stuff like that, you're at the wrong web site.

Now, I've compiled a list of people who have openly called for Chavez's death RIGHT HERE in THIS thread. Their posts and names are below. Will you lecture them in the same manner? After all, we want to remain consistent, dont we?

I endorsed it, but not in religious terms. I said that I didn't care who said it, it is about time. Actually, I think that it's past time. Chavez should have been eliminated before Bush even took office.

I have no interest in defending Pat Robertson as I think he's a kook--and certainly not representative Christianity, as far as I'm concerned. However, he is absolutely right about Hugo Chavez being a danger. He's a marxist nutball who hates the US and will end up causing us no end of trouble. It irks me that some FReepers are so quick to jump on the "idiot Christians/poor Chavez" bandwagon. That was exactly the response this story was meant to elicit. It's troubling how many of you had the "correct" reaction without even thinking twice.

Chavez is a Castro clone who has and will MURDER innocent people at the drop of a hat just as Castro would and DID.

The left loves old Hugo Chavez (just like Fidel Castro) because he is murdering for the politically correct reasons.

He needs to be taken out now.

What you end up with is an argument about what is Good and what is Evil. Just like it has always been.

I agree. Chavez is a first class troublemaker to US interests. And while we're at it, knock off Fidel too.
