David Lillehaug, attorney for the Edina Community Lutheran Church, has tried to bring a lawsuit before without success. I hate to say we are alumni of the same college and I know his father.
David was a success in the last lawsuit that caused the legislature to re-pass the MCPPA of 2003 with some minor changes in 2005.
