what a deal, imagine this; just leave the bar and hit the first station to get (even a dollar) gas... its no longer your fault for driving DUI I know you're being sarcastic, but that's not how it works. You would still be on the hook for the DUI and for any injuries you caused, even if someone else is also liable.
