Nope. You missed the biggest and most important section of the Constitution, the "Schedule of Emanations and Penumbras," under which the Fourth Amendment applies primarily to protect the most fundamental and inviolable rights to contraception, feticide, and sodomy; the right of the citizens to own property is subject to whatever whim or desire of any random government agency and tax enhancement schemes; and the Constitution itself is subject to interpretation that jives with various randomly selected foreign and international legal traditions.
The words of the Constitution, although important, have no more specific meaning than the word "is," which we famously must interpret so broadly as possibly to signify "is not."
